Taming the Tongue

What pIersonally do when I am feeling any negative emotion is I take a break and just breathe. I dont talk much and just process my emotions and how aIm feel.

I dont ever want to say something I regret or that will hurt someone.

The holy spirit will give us increasing power to monitor and control what we say.

The holy spirit purfies are soul and reminds us of God.
